The catalog#

Products and services live in one catalog. A product has a price in the shop's currency, a status (draft, active or archived) and only a valid product can go active. Prices come from the catalog and are recomputed on the server, so your helper never invents one.

  • VAT classes: NL 21, 9 and 0 percent, DE 19, 7 and 0 percent.
  • Variants: make every combination of options, such as size and colour.
  • Categories and collections group products.
  • CSV: import products and export them.
  • Paid downloads reach the buyer as a signed link for that order. Upload the file to Files rather than linking to a page.

Orders#

An order moves along: paid, then ready, shipped or completed. A refund or a cancel is for an owner or admin. Your helper never marks an order as paid by itself.

An invoice from products#

Products can be added as lines to a draft invoice or quote. See invoices and quotes.
