Features · Bookings and packs
People book. You teach.
Booking pages for what you teach, and packs that count the sessions for you.
A booking page per class.
A booking type has a duration, buffers, weekly availability, minimum notice, a booking horizon and an optional daily maximum, and it may ask the questions of a form. Each has a public page where people pick a free slot. Your helper can show free times, book someone in by hand, move a booking or cancel one, and the message to the guest waits for your yes.
- A public page for each type
- Moved in a sentence, checked first
- The guest is told after your yes
Packs that count.
A membership plan is something you sell: a subscription per month or year, a pack of a number of sessions, or a trial. A booking uses one credit and a cancel gives it back. An eleventh booking on a ten-pack is refused with a friendly "buy a new pack", and an expired pack is refused even with credits left.
- Subscription, pack or trial
- A credit used per booking, returned on a cancel
- Customers see their credits and can cancel themselves
