# Vouchers and loyalty

> Gift vouchers and a loyalty card in Wundaly: codes shown once, stamps or points, and rewards offered exactly once.

## Gift vouchers

Your helper can issue a gift voucher. The code is shown **once**; Wundaly keeps only a hash and the last four characters. You can look up a code as the customer shows it (worth, what is left, until when) and redeem part or all of it, never more than is left. A voucher can be voided.

Single-purpose vouchers carry VAT when sold. Multi-purpose ones carry it when redeemed, on the rate of the goods.

## A loyalty card

Choose one programme: stamps (every Nth visit earns the reward) or points per euro up to a threshold. A stamp counts once per operation, and the reward is offered exactly once when it is earned.

Customers see their card and vouchers in a web app that has the rewards kit. Crew stamp and give rewards at the counter.

> [!WARNING]
> VAT on vouchers is a tax question. Ask your adviser before you rely on the defaults.

> [!HONEST]
> Voucher and loyalty features belong to a web app made with Wundaly Sites. Their inclusion in each plan is to be confirmed.
